They constantly strive to improve, optimise and re-innovate everything they do to maintain their position as one of the leading Gaming Operators in the iGaming industry.The RoleAs a Senior Customer Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for VIP customers of our esteemed iGaming client. This senior-level role demands a high degree of professionalism, autonomy, and customer care expertise. You will handle inquiries and resolve issues via online chat and email, ensuring each interaction meets the highest standards of service.You will be responsible for fully understanding our clients' needs, taking full ownership of their concerns, and ensuring prompt and seamless resolutions. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience that reinforces loyalty and trust.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a senior representative in customer interactions via chat and email, delivering outstanding service that supports customer satisfaction and retention within the iGaming sector.
- Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally at all times.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and long-term VIP customers.
- Identify areas for service or platform improvement and provide actionable feedback to internal teams.
- Ensure continuity and quality of service by:
- Addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
- Explaining Terms & Conditions and game-related queries.
- Assisting in marketing campaigns.
- Logging interactions and follow-ups according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with Payment & Fraud teams to uphold platform integrity and detect fraudulent behavior.
- Provide guidance on responsible gaming tools and take initiative based on customer behavior and risk indicators.
- Escalate complex cases appropriately and monitor their resolution.
- Support the team with translation tasks and other responsibilities as needed.
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Previous experience in assisting customers via email, phone and/or chat
- Be able to type fast!
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
