Corporate Administrator – Fully RemoteThis is a permanent, full-time role on a B2B basis, which means you will be engaged via a service agreement as a contractor.

Here’s a unique opportunity to join a close-knit family office managing a sophisticated portfolio of international investments. With 50+ companies across multiple jurisdictions, including Malta, Cyprus, BVI, and Gibraltar, this role puts you at the centre of corporate governance and compliance operations that span continents.You’ll work closely with the Chairman, COO, and Head of Legal, serving as their trusted right hand for all matters related to corporate administration. From preparing board resolutions to liaising with CSPs and ensuring compliance health, this is a high-impact position where your experience truly matters, and where decisions are made fast.This fully remote setup offers flexibility and autonomy in return for a proactive, self-sufficient approach. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own time and responsibilities, with full trust from senior leadership. It’s an ideal fit for someone who’s already worked in an international CSP or legal environment and wants to step into a broader, more strategic role.Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise directly with CSPs across Malta, Cyprus, Gibraltar, and the BVI
  • Prepare and review board resolutions, maintain registers, and handle regulatory filings
  • Oversee KYC/CDD documentation and ensure compliance standards across entities
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers
Your Profile:
  • 3+ years’ experience in a legal or corporate services environment
  • Solid understanding of cross-border entity management and compliance
  • Strong command of English with excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Detail-oriented and fully self-managed—comfortable working remotely and independently
Salary / Remuneration: up to €50,000 (Depending on Experience)Benefits:
