• 6+ months in financial services sales, insurance sales, telecoms, or high-volume telesales: Financial Advisor, Insurance Sales Agent, Sales Executive, Account Executive, Business Development Associate, Inside Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, Client Relationship Manager, Call Centre Sales Agent
• Proven ability to hit targets and perform to high standards
• Ambition to earn more and move beyond transactional selling.
• EU passport or the right to work in Malta.

Compensation:Total Compensation (Average) for Year 1: €48-43k+Total Compensation (Average) for Year 2: €65k+
