Job Description
As an Account Manager, you'll manage client portfolios, drive revenue growth, and build long-term relationships. You'll identify upsell opportunities, lead negotiations, and align strategies with internal teams. Ensuring customer satisfaction, onboarding new partners, and analysing market trends will be key to expanding client relationships and maintaining a competitive edge.Your day-to-day- Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients with a clear focus on maximising revenue, up-selling new products, and consistently meeting sales targets
- Build and nurture strong, long-term strategic relationships and cooperation with all assigned accounts
- Take full ownership of commercial negotiations with clients and lead successful onboarding of new partners onto the platform
- Provide regular, insightful analysis on account performance to both customers and internal stakeholders to guide strategic decisions
- Act as a commercial liaison for your product by gathering and prioritising client requirements and working with technical teams to ensure quality
- Travel regularly to meet with customers in person and represent the company at relevant industry events
- Minimum on 1 year of experience in a similar account management role within the iGaming industry, with a proven track record of delivering growth
- Knowledge of iGaming markets, industry trends, and a genuine passion for various gaming products(slots, live casino, sports betting, etc.)
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, supported by sound commercial acumen and decision-making abilities
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance metrics to guide strategy
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Confidence and professionalism in representing the company at industry events and in discussions with senior stakeholders
