You’ll work hands-on with advanced financial tools, including corporate vIBANs, multi-currency payments, and card services, all supported by a sophisticated, data-powered core system. If you’re looking for hands-on experience with real influence, we’d love to hear from you.You will:As an Operations Specialist, you’ll ensure the smooth performance of our core fintech system, managing daily operations at the heart of our financial services.You’ll handle payment processing, card operations, and transactions while maintaining full compliance with AML/CFT regulations and fraud prevention protocols.You’ll spot and escalate risks or issues in operational processes, helping to safeguard efficient, secure, and reliable financial operations.Skills / Experience:

• Malta-based, and preferably a Maltese speaker
• 1+ years of previous experience in financial services, operations, card payments, PSP, fintech operations
• Knowledge of SEPA payments and charge-back handling
