GRC specialist– Financial services

Positioned as a subject matter expert, you’ll have the platform to contribute meaningfully while deepening your understanding of the banking sector.Experience a rhythm of work that’s both structured and flexible — designed to empower performance while making space for what matters beyond the desk.You Will:

• Act as Deputy Company Secretary
• Oversee GRC Corporate functions
• Be a subject matter expert – draft minutes, take minutes, lead the board meetings

Skills / Experience:

• 2+ Years in GRC focused role
• Ability to run board meetings and communicate with stakeholders
• Law degree would be strongest asset
• Technologically savvy- able to learn new software quickly
