Our client is looking to hire a Senior Client Accountant to join their growing team and manage a diverse client portfolio and deliver high-quality financial services.Responsibilities:

• Manage your own client portfolio with professionalism and care.
• Prepare, review, and present management accounts and financial insights.
• Oversee VAT returns, payroll, budgets, forecasts, and audit preparation.
• Analyze financial data to create clear, actionable reports.
• Mentor junior team members and review their work.
• Advise clients with practical, proactive solutions.
• Identify ways to improve processes and client service.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Accounting or ACCA qualification (or near completion).
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in Malta.
• Strong knowledge of Maltese accounting standards, VAT, and tax.
• Proficiency with Xero and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
