We're looking for a tech-minded Implementation Consultant to join a growing team delivering innovative financial technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a solid IT background who enjoys problem-solving and wants to grow within the FinTech and regulatory space.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Configure and implement software solutions in line with client requirements.
• Map and document regulatory or operational processes.
• Analyze data and provide insights through tools such as Excel (Pivots, PowerPivots) and SQL.
• Deliver user training and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to ongoing product enhancements.
• Stay updated on regulatory and industry developments relevant to the solutions provided.

What We're Looking For

• A strong background in IT or information systems - either through education or professional experience.
• Experience or knowledge in SQL and database querying is highly beneficial.
• Interest in FinTech and how technology supports financial and regulatory operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English (Maltese is considered an asset).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in Business and Computing, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data analysis and process mapping.
• Previous exposure to financial systems or regulatory software would be an advantage.
