We're looking for a Business Application Analyst to join a dynamic and growing aviation services organization in Malta.In this role, you'll take ownership of optimizing business processes, integrating applications, and driving digital transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency across multiple departments.The Role:As a Business Application Analyst, you'll collaborate with teams across sales, finance, operations, and management to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and design smart, scalable solutions. You'll be at the intersection of technology and business-helping the organization make data-driven decisions, automate workflows, and continuously improve.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Design and implement process optimization and automation initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Evaluate and integrate technology solutions to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Lead change management initiatives and provide user support during transitions.
• Prepare documentation, conduct training, and promote best practices across teams.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business applications, systems analysis, or process optimization.
• Strong background in business process mapping, workflow automation, and technology integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Advantageous experience in:

• o CRM, Marketing Automation, or native application management
• o The aviation industry or maintenance systems (e.g., AMOS)
• o HTML or WordPress site management
