As our Night Manager, you’ll take charge of all Front Office operations overnight, leading your crew to deliver seamless service, smooth check-ins and check-outs, and unforgettable guest experiences – all while keeping the rhythm alive through the night. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support all Front Office operations during night hours
• Lead, motivate and empower the night team to deliver rockstar-level service
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and care
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security to keep operations running smoothly
• Oversee night audits and daily financial reports
• Guarantee compliance with hotel policies, health & safety, and local regulations
• Support the Front Office Manager with daily operations and team training

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Front Office management, preferably in 4- or 5-star hotels
• Previous experience managing night shifts is a strong plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Calm, confident, and decisive – even under pressure
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
• Proficient in PMS systems and MS Office
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Flexible and ready to rock overnight shifts regularly
