Opportunities for internal mobility across our hotels, restaurants and retail conceptsJob RoleAs Executive Chef, you will play a key role in the Resort’s Management Team, overseeing the entire kitchen operation, including the main kitchen, multiple restaurant outlets and events catering. This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning and a high level of creativity and consistency.You will be responsible for:
  • Leading, mentoring and training the kitchen brigade
  • Managing food production, presentation and quality across all outlets
  • Creating and reviewing menus, recipes and plating standards
  • Ensuring food cost control and efficient stock management
  • Coordinating supplier orders and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Enforcing hygiene, safety and grooming standards (in line with HACCP and internal audits)
  • Maintaining kitchen equipment and cleanliness schedules
  • Managing staffing levels aligned with service demands and budgetary guidelines
  • Driving innovation in line with guest expectations and culinary trends
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a seasoned, creative and operationally strong Executive Chef with a passion for high-quality cuisine and team leadership.Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in kitchen management
  • Proven ability to work within budget and deliver consistent, high-standard results
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Experience in Japanese, Asian and French cuisine is essential
  • Organised, proactive and quality-focused
  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene regulations
