As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the right hand of the Restaurant Manager, supporting the launch and smooth daily operations. You’ll help recruit and train the team, ensure top-quality service, manage shifts, suppliers, costs and step up to lead when needed.

You’ve got solid experience in busy restaurants or dining concepts and a passion for hospitality. You’re organised, hands-on and confident managing teams on the floor.
