Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Ltd. is seeking a Project Management & Data Officer to support project planning, compliance tracking, and operational coordination, while also assisting with business intelligence and reporting initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Support and automate data extraction, analysis, and reporting to help improve decision-making and compliance tracking.

• Identify and implement process automation and efficiency improvements.

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.

• Support the Senior Project Manager in managing project documentation, stakeholder communication, and reporting.

• Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and contractual obligations.

• Facilitate coordination between internal teams, business units, and external service providers.

• Maintain compliance records and assist in preparing regulatory reports related to digital transformation projects.

• Provide general project administration support, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and tracking project tasks.

• Assist in solving IT-related issues with any of the Company’s systems and infrastructure.

About You:We are looking for an organized and proactive individual with experience in project management, business coordination and IT, while also possessing a foundational understanding of data analytics and reporting. Experience with SQL is required and experience in Power BI and Python is considered an asset.An academic qualification at MQF Level 6 or higher in a relevant field is required. Candidates should have at least three (3) years of experience in data analysis, project coordination, business support, or a related role.If you do not meet the formal education criteria but have at least five (5) years of relevant experience in project support, coordination, reporting, or business intelligence, we encourage you to apply.Why Join Us?
