Job Description

The Cold Drinks Technician is responsible for ensuring that downtime on Cold Drinks and Coffee equipment is kept to the barest minimum.TASKS FOR CALLS TECHNICIAN:

• To raise the necessary job card(s) after engaging on the work detailed below using the C4C web-based application.
• To install, repair and commission: coffee machines, vending machines, draught pumps, dispensing equipment, coolers and any other Cold drinks equipment.
• To maintain a clean and orderly working area both in the Cold Drinks Workshop and at Clients Outlet.
• To participate in Stock Takes as required.
• To ensure that the Company vehicle is kept clean (weekly washing inside and outside) and tools & equipment are stored in an orderly fashion.
• Cold Drinks Technicians may be asked to report to either the Malta or Gozo workshop at the discretion of the Cold Drinks Executive and or Service Manager to maintain flexibility and efficiency within the departments.
• The employee is required to drive a Company vehicle to perform his work. He shall abide by the traffic code and by the Company’s traffic rules.

TASKS FOR INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN:

• To service, sanitize and perform Preventive Maintenance on Coffee machines and Cold Drinks equipment either at Company workshop or at client’s outlet.
• To deliver and collect equipment, as appropriate and as required.
• To maintain a clean and orderly working area both in the Cold Drinks Workshop and at Clients Outlet.
• To participate in Stock Takes as required.
• To ensure that the Company vehicle is kept clean (weekly washing inside and outside) and tools & equipment are stored in an orderly fashion..

Requirements

• Diploma in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning or equivalent certificates, and/or Electrical Licence A will be considered an asset.
• Diagnostic/troubleshooting experience preferred.
• A valid clean driving license (applicants are expected to work off-premises).
• Candidates must be willing to attend to calls even during weekends and public holidays.
