We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in system administration, troubleshooting, and IT operations who can keep daily technical operations running smoothly across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver advanced technical support to internal users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issuesMonitor and maintain servers, systems, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal uptime and performanceManage installation, configuration, and upgrades of IT hardware and softwareAdminister user accounts, access levels, and system security settingsWork closely with vendors and external partners on IT procurement, maintenance, and supportMaintain clear and up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, and IT proceduresEnsure adherence to IT policies, data protection requirements, and cybersecurity standardsAssist in deploying new technologies, applications, and continuous IT improvement initiativesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline3+ years of experience in IT support or IT operationsStrong technical knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, networking (LAN/WAN), and cloud platformsPractical experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN technologies, firewalls, and backup systemsExcellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical abilitiesStrong communication skills and a user-focused approachAbility to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectivelyWhat We Offer:
