Corporate Manager – Step Into Senior Leadership

This is a key leadership role where your technical knowledge, strategic mindset, and people management skills will make an immediate impact. The position offers a clear pathway towards senior management within a well-established and expanding firm.You’ll lead up to four experienced administrators, each responsible for their own client portfolio, serving as the central reference point for corporate governance, compliance, and Maltese company law. From company incorporations to CoSec duties, statutory maintenance, and board support, you’ll have full oversight across complex corporate, trust, and fund structures. The role provides autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to enhance internal procedures as the business continues to scale.Collaborating closely with fund directors and senior management, you’ll contribute to defining the strategic direction of the corporate division, ensuring effective operations, consistency, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and guide a team of up to four corporate administratorsReview and approve company filings, M&As, annual returns, and board minutesProvide expert advice on Maltese company law, CoSec duties, and governanceCoordinate with fund directors, client boards, and internal departmentsMaintain compliance and accuracy across all client entitiesYour Profile3+ years’ experience in corporate services or fiduciary management with knowledge of Maltese company lawProven leadership and people management skills with a proactive, hands-on approachExperienced in handling companies, trusts, and fund structuresOrganisational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsMotivated to advance into senior management and shape departmental growthSalary: Up to €60,000 Depending on ExperienceBenefits:
