This Legal Counsel opportunity is with a globally recognised fintech organisation with a strong international presence. Supporting some of the key financial institutions worldwide, powering payments around the globe. This role offers the opportunity to join a company with a strong track record in fintech, providing both stability and exciting long-term career prospects.In this Legal Counsel position, you will be collaborating closely with leadership and internal stakeholders, playing a key role in managing commercial contracts, supporting transactional work, and advising on internal legal matters. You will be at the centre of key business functions, providing legal input on strategic initiatives and contributing directly to the company’s continued growth and success.This role offers the unique advantage of a global organisation while maintaining a close-knit and agile legal team structure. • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Support transactional and corporate matters
• Provide internal legal advice across departments
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance within a regulated financial services environment

Skills / Experience:

• Warranted Lawyer qualified to practice in Malta
• Experience in either civil, commercial, or financial services law
• Experience within fintech or financial services is considered an advantage
