On behalf of a leading provider in the online gaming industry, we are currently recruiting a Compliance Officer to join their growing team.Our client is a well-established and dynamic company known for delivering high-quality online gaming products across multiple markets. They are looking for a Compliance Officer to support regulatory operations and help ensure adherence to evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, your duties will include:

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and internal policies;
• Assisting in adapting the business to changes in the regulatory landscape;
• Conducting due diligence for new and ongoing business relationships;
• Supporting business and customer risk assessments;
• Contributing to the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures;
• Identifying areas for improvement in the compliance framework and recommending enhancements in line with regulatory standards;
• Assisting with regulatory reporting and maintaining compliance documentation;
• Supporting license applications and renewals across new and existing markets;
• Providing compliance advice across the business to help foster a culture of compliance;
• Assisting with ad hoc compliance-related projects as needed.

Requirements:

• A degree in law, finance, business, or a related field (other relevant qualifications will also be considered);
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a compliance role, ideally within the online gaming or a similarly regulated industry;
• Familiarity with gaming industry regulations is a strong asset;
• Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability;
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
