- Design, deliver, and manage brand-specific training programs across all employee levels.
- Develop and implement an annual training plan aligned with business needs and performance goals.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate and deliver training in key areas such as Guest Experience, Health & Safety, Leadership, and Train the Trainer.
- Support operational teams with on-the-job coaching and re-training based on observations and guest feedback.
- Manage induction programs and ensure consistent onboarding across departments.
- Maintain accurate training records and manage all administrative aspects of training delivery.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify learning needs and assist in recruitment and development.
- Monitor L&D trends and recommend innovative methods or external resources when relevant.
- Control the training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation.
- 3 years of working experience in high-end restaurants
- Good understanding of how the role contributes to the success of the restaurant
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
- Verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of another European language is an asset)
- Relevant qualifications related to the role
- Conformity to grooming standards
- Good time management skills
