- Prepare monthly management statements on time for company financial review
- Generate daily revenue reports and manage bank deposits
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with Department Heads and CFO
- Prepare cash flow and other reports as requested by Group CFO or Senior Management
- Submit VAT Returns accurately and on time
- Collaborate with departments to analyze financial data for projects and business opportunities
- Maintain strong internal financial controls
- Serve as main contact for external auditors, ensuring smooth statutory audit preparation
- Support accounts team with cash settlements and accounts receivable monitoring
- Monitor debtors and credit control, reporting to Group CFO and Senior Management
- Supervise Finance Department staff, ensuring compliance with policies and standards
- Develop and implement Finance policies and procedures with the CFO
- Identify and suggest improvements to Finance processes and systems
- Train and develop accounting staff as needed
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Group CFO
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- 3+ years in accounting or finance, preferably with management experience
- Good knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and VAT compliance
- Skilled in accounting software and Excel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented with good analytical abilities
- Experience with audits and internal controls
