A leading accounting & advisory firm is searching for an Audit Manager to manage their Audit team in Malta. You will manage a team of experienced individuals as they handle an extensive portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will be fully ACCA qualified and have experience in a supervisory/managerial role. If you have the required skills and experience, GRS looks forward to receiving your CV for this Audit Manager position based in Malta.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManaging a client portfolio such that all client needs are dealt with in a timely mannerCoaching staff in dealing with complex and risk areasPerforming technical reviews of audit workManaging the preparation of the engagement plan and ensuring that appropriate resources are assignedNegotiating fees together with the partner and demonstrating commercial responsibility for each client’s profitabilityIdentifying client business needs and assisting partners in developing a tailored solutionConducting sales activities with existing clientContinually develops staff through coaching and the conduct of regular and constructive appraisalsCANDIDATE PROFILEFully ACCA qualifiedHas previous experience in Audit managerial level.
