You will be responsible for communicating with customers in arrears, resolving payment issues with empathy and professionalism, and supporting the company’s operational and financial performance.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction, problem-solving, and working in a collaborative, multilingual team.Your focus:- Contact customers with overdue payments via phone, email, and chat in Czech and English
- Motivate and negotiate realistic repayment solutions based on customer circumstances
- Document reasons for payment delays and perform structured follow-ups
- Monitor ongoing payment agreements and update account status accordingly
- Use skip-tracing techniques to locate and update customer contact information
- Log all collection activities and customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and support escalated cases
- Participate in team meetings, training, and development sessions
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager
- Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to remain calm and solution-oriented in difficult conversations
- Goal-driven, confident, and resilient in a results-focused environment
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team-driven culture
