  • Provide superior professional customer service through multiple channels.
  • Identify customer needs such as upsell opportunities or self-service support.
  • Guide and encourage customers to use self-service tools for faster and more efficient solutions.
  • Build rapport and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while resolving issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Support customer onboarding by providing guidance, answering questions, and completing any necessary manual checks.
Required skills & qualifications:Must-have:
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Team player with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues or queries on the first point of contact.
Nice-to-have:
  • Additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
