Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Supervise cash closure of all hotel outlets.
• Process night audit.
• Liaise with the relevant department for late arrival meals and early breakfast.
• Attend to guest complaints.
• Communicate No-Shows with the reservations department.
• Night Manager’s report handover.
• Follow and adhere to all Health and Safety precautions.

​Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
• Should show initiative, problem-solving, staff training, team leading.
• Passion and experience in customer service.
• Fluent in English and any other European Language, preferably German, French or Polish
• Eye for detail and a positive working attitude.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Time-management skills.
• Experience with the Room Master system will be considered an asset; however, training is provided.
