DescriptionPosition at LeoVegas GroupWe are looking for an experienced and strategic Internal Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communications team, based in Malta. You will play a key role in driving impactful communication initiatives that foster transparency, alignment, and engagement across the organisation.Reporting to the Senior Internal Communications Manager, this role offers you ownership of our primary internal platforms, including the intranet ("The Den") and WorkVivo TV, while also supporting strategic internal campaigns, leadership messaging. You'll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across departments and levels to deliver cohesive internal stories that shape culture and connection across LeoVegas Group.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Leading content strategy and engagement on The Den (our intranet), ensuring consistent structure, usability, and global relevance.Overseeing content production and storytelling for WorkVivo TV, enhancing reach through visual and engaging formats.Creating high-quality written and multimedia content for internal announcements, leadership communications, and company-wide campaigns.Supporting strategic internal projects by developing comms toolkits, FAQs, presentations, and messaging aligned with corporate priorities.Managing speaker engagement and content creation for MM & Roar internal meetings and uploading materials for wide employee access.Championing best practices in internal communications and driving innovation within the team.OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:ESSENTIAL SKILLSMinimum 3 years' experience in internal communications with a strong portfolio of impactful campaigns and content.Proficiency in managing internal platforms such as intranets, internal video platforms, and content calendars.Exceptional writing and editing skills across various tones and formats.Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.Strong ability to translate business strategy into clear, engaging, and measurable communications.NICE TO HAVESExperience with purpose-led communications.Familiarity with internal platforms like Google Drive, Slack, WorkVivo, or Zoom.WHO WE AREAt the core of LeoVegas Group is Team Leo.
