Job Description

We are currently seeking an F&B Supervisor to support our team at db Seabank Resort + Spa.The F&B Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating with other departments, managing inventory, and upholding health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support F&B team members during shifts.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of service and guest experience.
• Assist in training and development of staff.
• Manage stock levels and oversee ordering processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Address and resolve guest complaints professionally.
• Assist the F&B Manager in daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role in F&B.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in [specific systems used, e.g., Micros, Opera, etc.].
• A positive and proactive attitude towards work and team collaboration.
