The successful candidate will be responsible for:Based at our head office in Burmarrad, the selected candidate will be responsible for:- Maintaining employee files and records, electronically and physically filing of documents and correspondence
- Participating in employee inductions and orientations.
- Working with Managers to identify training needs and coordinating training sessions
- Offering support on talent reviews, collaborating with managers to ensure best practice and effective employee retention
- Assisting HR Executive, collaborating with the Payroll section on day-to-day payroll queries
- Participating in the employee timekeeping process when required
- Updating HR related records and reports
- Assisting with other HR related day to day duties
- Highly organised with an ability to work under pressure as well as having a high attention to detail
- Fluent in English, good understanding and spoken Maltese would be considered an asset
- In possession of an A level standard of Education
- Proficient in the use of a PC, preferably ECDL certified. Experience on Microsoft
- Dynamics application would be an advantage
- Previous relevant work experience.
