The successful candidate will be responsible for:Based at our head office in Burmarrad, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining employee files and records, electronically and physically filing of documents and correspondence
• Participating in employee inductions and orientations.

Understanding employee requirements:

• Working with Managers to identify training needs and coordinating training sessions
• Offering support on talent reviews, collaborating with managers to ensure best practice and effective employee retention
• Assisting HR Executive, collaborating with the Payroll section on day-to-day payroll queries
• Participating in the employee timekeeping process when required
• Updating HR related records and reports
• Assisting with other HR related day to day duties

The ideal candidate should be:

• Highly organised with an ability to work under pressure as well as having a high attention to detail
• Fluent in English, good understanding and spoken Maltese would be considered an asset
• In possession of an A level standard of Education
• Proficient in the use of a PC, preferably ECDL certified. Experience on Microsoft
• Dynamics application would be an advantage
• Previous relevant work experience.
