The JobAs an Accounts Generalist, you will support the finance function across a variety of tasks, including:

• Posting and reconciling invoices, payments, and other accounting entries.
• Assisting with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
• Supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Assisting with payroll data input and reconciliations when required.
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Supporting the finance team in audits and other ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally within a hospitality or service environment.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an asset.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• An accounting qualification or studies in progress (AAT, ACCA, or equivalent) will be considered an advantage.
