CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Proven experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within Insurance or Pensions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a proactive attitude
• Knowledge of the Maltese insurance market is desirable
• Ability to analyse sales data and develop strategic plans
