We offer a variety of distinguished restaurants, including Aki, Amami, Nine Lives, Blu Beach, Westreme, Loa, Tora, Colette, and Manta, each showcasing unique cuisines and atmospheres.We are currently looking for a Hospitality Systems Administrator to join in our team.The JobThe Hospitality Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting POS (Point of Sale), PMS (Property Management Systems), and other key hospitality applications. Working closely with our external IT service provider and internal departments, this person will ensure our systems run smoothly and align with operational needs.Key responsibilities include:

• Configuring, maintaining, and optimising POS, PMS, and related hospitality systems (primarily Oracle products).
• Acting as the internal technical point of contact, coordinating with the managed IT service provider for issue resolution and project execution.
• Monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
• Supporting operational departments (Front Office, F&B, Reservations, Finance) by translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Managing user access, permissions, and security settings.
• Supporting the implementation of new hospitality IT solutions and system integrations.
• Maintaining system documentation and user manuals.
• Delivering end-user training on POS, PMS, and related tools.
• Ensuring compliance with IT security policies and participating in disaster recovery planning.
• Assisting the Head of IT with audits, risk assessments, and long-term planning.
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience managing and supporting POS and PMS systems (preferably Oracle products).
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and associated IT needs.
• Excellent project coordination, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience liaising with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of networking, databases, and cybersecurity is an asset.
• Experience with system integrations (e.g. API connections between POS, PMS, and accounting systems) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
