The Role:As a Fitness Facilities Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our fitness and wellness facilities, including gyms, group exercise areas and indoor pools. You will ensure a safe, welcoming and high-quality environment for all members and guests while driving operational excellence and team performance.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of two gyms and all fitness and wellness areas
• Lead, motivate and supervise the fitness team
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service
• Oversee staff scheduling, training and performance management
• Monitor equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall member experience
• Implement fitness programs, events and initiatives to drive engagement and membership growth

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within fitness, wellness or leisure operations
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of health & safety standards and fitness facility regulations
• First Aid or CPR certification is an advantage
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
