Job Description

Our client is a project management consultancy delivering excellence for their clients on a wide range of construction projects throughout Malta.Due to continued expansion, a Project Manager is required to undertake client facing roles, liaising and coordinating with team members to secure the successful conclusion of projects.Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

• Preparing a project management plans for assigned projects
• Reviewing proposed construction programmes and liaising with planners for required changes etc
• Establishing and implementing appropriate structures for communication; chairing meetings with contractors, consultants and clients
• Procurement of project team; drafting RFPs; preparation of tender documentation
• Leading negotiations with contractors on behalf of the client
• Managing risk; ensuring all parties comply with H&S obligations
• Reviewing and monitoring contractor progress; preparing regular reports
• Reviewing quality of works on site and raising instructions where necessary
