• Data input and maintenance of client files
• Assisting supervisors with their tasks
• Handling day-to-day client requests
• Filing and performing other administrative duties
• Liaising with lawyers, accountants and auditors (internally) on behalf of clients

CANDDIATE PROFILE

• Previous experience would be an advantage, ideally with at least 1-2 years in a similar position. Work experience in the same industry is preferred
• Completed education is desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Professional telephone skills and a commitment to providing first-class customer service
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Ecel, and Outlook. ECDL certification or equivalent proof of computer skills is an advantage
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Punctuality and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
• Already residing in Malta
