An international company in the insurance space is looking to hire a Compliance Analyst to join their team. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Compliance Manager and will be supporting the development and maintenance of a strong compliance program.Responsibilities

• Support implementation of compliance plans and policies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulations.
• Review and improve internal policies and procedures.
• Deliver compliance training to staff.
• Respond to internal and external compliance inquiries.
• Assist with daily compliance and legal matters.

Requirements

• Experience in Insurance/Reinsurance compliance.
• Degree or professional qualification in Insurance, Compliance, Business, or Law.
• Strong knowledge of Solvency II and financial crime regulations (AML, Sanctions).
• Comfortable working across teams and geographies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
