Job Description
Our client is looking for a driven and digitally savvy Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager to join their growing Malta-based team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead digital strategy, performance marketing, and e-commerce growth across multiple brands in a collaborative, international setting.You’ll be joining a small but dynamic team based in a beautifully designed office at The Quad in Mriehel, complete with modern amenities—and an office dog named Buddy. With a blend of Dutch roots and multicultural energy, the team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and results. Your Key Objectives- Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and successful execution of 360° marketing and e-commerce projects, delivering on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Product Launch Execution: Manage end-to-end rollouts for new DTC products—from digital campaigns to landing pages and integrations with platforms like Amazon and Shopify.
- Digital Strategy & Channel Growth: Design and implement integrated marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, email, content, and influencer channels to drive traffic and revenue.
- Performance & Analytics: Own KPIs, track user behavior and channel performance, and leverage insights from GA4, Hotjar, and other tools to optimize results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, creative, product, sales, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and aligned objectives across all marketing efforts.
- E-commerce Management: Oversee the launch, growth, and daily performance of e-commerce projects. Optimize UX, funnel performance, AOV, and LTV.
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimise integrated campaigns across:
- Google Ads, YouTube, Bing
- Email automation & segmentation
- Paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Retargeting, affiliate, and influencer networks
- Monitor KPIs and ensure clear ROI reporting and data-driven improvements.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct ongoing research to stay ahead of market and consumer trends. Translate insights into actionable campaign strategies.
- Tooling & Tech Stack Management: Use tools like GA4, Looker Studio, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools to manage data, track performance, and report effectively.
- Customer Journey & Loyalty: Create and refine digital journeys that increase conversions, repeat purchases, and customer loyalty.
- Asset Coordination & QA: Align marketing assets with campaign goals, manage creative briefings, and ensure performance-focused quality control through testing and feedback loops.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce.
- Proven skills in performance marketing, funnel optimisation, and campaign delivery.
- Familiarity with GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and content management systems.
- Experience with A/B testing, CRM, marketing automation, and ROI/MROI tracking.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- A data-driven mindset paired with creativity and initiative.
- Understanding of GDPR, cookies, and digital compliance standards.
- Nice to have: Experience in FMCG or marketing agencies, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on execution.
