Our client is currently seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the digital communication strategies across multiple group companies. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with technical know-how to manage social media platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing campaigns. This role plays a critical part in enhancing brand visibility, increasing audience engagement, and driving customer conversion.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and increase user engagement.
  • Create compelling original content, including copy and graphic concepts, tailored to various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Specialist to design and run social and Google ad campaigns.
  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and generate detailed insights and reports.
  • Oversee the CRM system, monitor the customer journey, and implement strategies to improve client communication and retention.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters, including content creation, template design, and automation.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to integrate digital campaigns and meet shared goals.
  • Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in social media and CRM.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions as needed, including occasional travel.
  • Follow all internal communication procedures and company policies.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management as required.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Diploma or degree in marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing social media and digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency with social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, and Hootsuite.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with experience using platforms like Facebook Insights.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing email marketing campaigns and newsletters, particularly with tools like Mailchimp.
  • Excellent organizational skills, creativity, and a proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and SEO is considered an asset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage tight deadlines, and handle shifting priorities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in all communications.
