Finance Manager –Luxury Hospitality / New Role

If you enjoy working closely with operations and being hands-on with the numbers, this is a role that offers that every day.As Finance Manager, you will be based fully on-site, which gives you direct access to hotel leadership, faster decision-making, and the chance to build strong working relationships across departments.This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident in their technical skills and ready to step into a visible position with real impact. As a Finance Manager, you will have the chance to collaborate with the General Manager and have daily exposure to hotel operations- suited to someone who values collaboration and wants to be actively involved in shaping how things run day-to-day.The business is well-structured, but still growing, which means there’s room to contribute ideas and shape the role as you settle in. • Ensure compliance with internal processes, tax rules, and audit standards
• Support leadership with clear financial insight and reporting
• Be part of building a finance function that is smart, supportive, and future-focused

Skills / Experience:

• ACCA-qualified or in the final stages, or a Master’s in Accountancy
• Experience in the Hospitality industry
• A proactive attitude and willingness to be hands-on in a busy, people-focused setting
