Corporate Services Manager – Excellent Career Path

Join a growing corporate services provider in Malta, known for its open, collaborative culture and diverse, high-performing team. This is a key leadership role where your technical expertise and people skills will make an immediate impact. You’ll benefit from a very clear and structured internal career path shortly.You’ll manage up to 4 senior administrators, each with their own portfolio, and act as the go-to expert on corporate governance, compliance, and company law. From incorporations to board minutes, team management, and CoSec duties, you’ll be both a leader and hands-on contributor, giving you end-to-end ownership and visibility across complex corporate structures. It’s a role that offers autonomy, recognition, and the chance to shape the way the team operates as it continues to grow.You’ll work directly with senior leadership and fund directors, helping shape the future of the corporate team. While your team is experienced, they value support and clear guidance, and you’ll be the one they trust to keep things on track.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of 3–4 corporate administrators
• Review filings, M&As, annual returns, and board minutes
• Guide on local company law, CoSec duties, and structures
• Liaise with fund directors, boards, and internal teams

Your Profile:

• 5+ years in corporate services, with strong Maltese corporate law knowledge
• Team leadership experience with a hands-on approach
• Familiar with companies, trusts, and fund structures

Salary: up to €55,000 (Depending on Experience)Benefits:
