This consultancy firm has been established for over two decades and provides tailored compliance solutions to organisations and professionals operating in regulated environments across a range of sectors.As the AML Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 AML Consultants, providing guidance, support, and oversight in their day-to-day activities. You will form part of a wider team of 25 dedicated professionals and will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.You will:

• Lead, mentor, and coach a small team of AML Consultants, promoting continuous learning and teamwork.
• Manage regulatory engagements and client meetings, confidently showcasing AML expertise.
• Provide AML/CFT compliance advice and support clients before and after regulatory visits.
• Lead or conduct risk assessments and AML compliance audits.
• Manage drafting and updating AML and compliance policies internally and for clients.

Skills/ Experience:

• At least 2 years’ AML advisory experience in a managerial role.
• Degree in law, criminology, or related AML field; AML Diploma preferred.
• Regulator or FCC experience is an advantage.
