Your Day-to-Day at First

• Generate and qualify leads across the IT recruitment market.
• Book and participate in client meetings to understand hiring needs.
• Work alongside experienced consultants who will mentor you into managing your own accounts.
• As you hit your goals, you’ll move into owning the full sales cycle – from first call to final deal.

Who We’re Looking For

• 6+ months in financial services sales, insurance sales, telecoms, or high-volume telesales: Financial Advisor, Insurance Sales Agent, TeleSales Executive, Account Executive, Business Development Associate, Inside Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, Client Relationship Manager, Call Center Sales Agent
• Confident communicator who thrives in phone-based sales.
• Driven by targets, rewards, and career progression.
• EU passport or right to work in Malta.
