What You’ll Do

• Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound calls.
• Book and schedule client meetings for our specialist consultants.
• Participate in sales meetings to learn how to pitch, negotiate, and close deals within our industry.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across IT and tech companies in Malta and expanding to Europe.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months in sales roles such as Call Centre Agent, Telesales Executive, Outbound Sales Rep, Utilities Sales Consultant, Telecom Sales Advisor, or similar.
• Proven cold calling or outbound lead generation experience.
• Resilient, competitive, and target-driven mindset.
• EU passport or eligibility to work in Malta (full-time, office-based).

Compensation and extra-benefits:

• Average Total Compensation year 1: €38-46k + (Base + Commission)
• Average Total Compensation year 2: €65k+ (Base + Commission)
