This Boutique firm was established over a decade ago, this boutique firm delivers tailored advisory and financial solutions to a wide range of local clients. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment where your expertise is valued, and your professional development is supported.As AML Manager, you will report directly to the company’s Directors and lead a team of 3 Junior AML Analysts. This role offers significant growth potential, including the opportunity to progress to MLRO, while gaining hands-on experience overseeing compliance across 2 of the company’s entities.You will:

• Develop and update AML/CTF policies as per regulatory requirements.
• Document firm’s risk management policies and risk assessment processes.
• Conduct annual or situational Business Risk Assessments.
• Represent firm in AML/CTF inquiries with external agencies.
• Prepare and present the MLRO report to the Board.

Skills/ Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in AML.
• Previous PQ status with the MFSA is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, Economics, Management, Accountancy, or related fields is advantageous.
