The Job:

• The Front Office Agent / Night Auditor is responsible for checking-in and checking out guests at the hotel.
• Manage online, telephone and in-person room reservations.
• Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly manner.
• Promote all Hotel Sales and in-house facilities.
• Provide good filing system, accurate end of shift hand over.
• Organize desk and front office reception area.
• Ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
• Report any maintenance, breakage, or cleanliness problems to the relevant manager.
• To administer the general petty cash system and float in an accurate manner.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a receptionist in a hotel / busy environment considered to be advantageous.
• Verbal and written communications skills in English and any other European Language, preferably German, French or Polish.
• Good time management.
