GRC Specialist – Banking

• Act as Deputy Company Secretary
• Oversee GRC Corporate functions
• Be a subject matter expert – draft minutes, take minutes, coordinate the board meetings

Skills / Experience:

• 2+ Years in GRC focused role
• Ability to run board meetings and communicate with stakeholders
• Law degree would be strongest asset
• Technologically savvy- able to learn new software quickly
