A leading international iGaming company based in Malta is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of CRM to lead their growing CRM team. Known for excellent employee retention and strong internal growth, this company offers a collaborative and dynamic environment where your personal and professional development is actively supported.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading CRM strategy and execution within the iGaming industry, with a strong focus on driving player engagement, retention, and loyalty through innovative campaigns and data-driven decision-making. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape CRM direction at a global level in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.You Will:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel CRM campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing CRM team.
• Analyse customer behaviour and segmentation to drive targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Retention, Product, and Data teams to ensure CRM performance and alignment with business objectives.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior CRM role within the iGaming industry, ideally in a leadership capacity.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using CRM tools, customer segmentation, and campaign reporting.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
