Corporate Legal Counsel – Listed iGaming company

This Corporate Legal Counsel will join a highly reputable iGaming company with strong international presence. Due to strong business prospects and investment in their growth, they have created an attractive opportunity with strong career development prospects for a corporate lawyer looking to elevate their career within iGaming in a public listed company.You will form part of a team totalling 4 lawyers including yourself, having the chance to closely collaborate with some of the most well-known lawyers in the industry and highly intelligent and experienced executives, offering invaluable insight which will further support your career prospects. Handling internal corporate matters, you will also be able to expand your knowledge base being involved in the commercial side, further exposing you to contractual agreements and negotiations.If you are a corporate lawyer looking to take on your next career step with room to develop in more commercial legal areas, and eager to start your career within iGaming being part of one of the most reputable companies in Malta, this is an unmissable opportunity to take charge of your future career prospects.You will:

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements;
• Advice on intragroup corporate matters, ensuring the business is safeguarded globally;
• Identify legal issues and risks, collaborating with the team to create risk mitigation solutions;
• Handle due diligence and onboarding.

Experience:

• Qualified lawyer in Europe
• 2+ years PQE, with exposure to corporate and/or commercial law
• iGaming industry experience will be considered an asset

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 45,000 – 55,000 DOEBenefits:
