Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Managing Director – Shared Services to lead our client's outsourced operations in Risk, Fraud, and Payments, supporting a portfolio of clients in the iGaming and eCommerce sectors. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading large teams, and ensuring service delivery meets the highest industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and scale shared services functions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead, inspire, and manage the operational team.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in fraud prevention, risk management, and payments operations.
• Collaborate with key clients and internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain robust governance frameworks.
• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to support company growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Risk, Fraud, or Payments operations.
• Background in iGaming, eCommerce, or other regulated B2B service environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale large, diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Strong operational and strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Malta or Spain
