Job Description

Our client is a well-known and highly reputable producer of building materials operating as part of a large group of companies.Due to continued expansion, an HR Executive is now required to join the team in Dingli.Responsibilities include:

• Acting as HR point of contact for employees situated on the Dingli site
• Working with Hiring Managers in the talent acquisition process which will include interviewing and hiring qualified individuals
• Undertaking work permit applications for third country nationals joining the business
• Assisting with employee onboarding
• Ensuring maintenance of employee records, permits etc
• Providing support to Divisional Managers during employee reviews etc

Talent will:

• Ideally hold a qualification in Human Resources or similar
• Be fluent in written and spoken English
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the work permit process and local labour law
• Be capable of overseeing a busy workload and collaborating with various teams

This is a challenging but rewarding role for an individual with local experience.The role might suit an individual with family who wishes to start early (6.30am) and finish at 2pm although later starting and finishing times are also offered.For full details, please contact Ami Baird at
