What You’ll Bring:

• Background in luxury sales, Sales Associate, Client Advisor, Personal Shopper, Customer Experience Executive, Area Sales Manager, Luxury Sales Consultant, Luxury Account Manager, VIP Relations Manager
• Target-driven mindset and motivation to earn through performance
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ready to work in Malta (EU passport)
• Eagerness to learn and pivot into a new career in recruitment

Salary and Benefits:The offer:

• Total Compensation on Average Year 1: €34k+ (Base + Commission)
• Total Compensation on Average Year 2: €49k+ (Base + Commission)
