This Senior Legal Counsel will take on an important role in a growing iGaming company with ambitious plans, and a clear strategy and plan to become a household name. Due to this growth, the company is bringing on a senior legal counsel offering excellent career prospects for a Legal Counsel looking to step up in their career with high-impact responsibilities.In the beginning, you will closely collaborate with two other lawyers and the management of the company, and due to a recent acquisition be handling all legal affairs of this acquired entity fully in the B2B space of the industry, offering lots of autonomy and independence, in addition to closely working with management offering key advice, which will offer you both growth prospects and genuine business impact.If you are an experienced Legal Counsel from the iGaming industry and you are eager to take on a senior role within a very established start-up environment, this is your opportunity to take on a key role and play a key part in continued business growth.You will:

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of legal areas including corporate, commercial, data protection and employment law;
• Draft, review and negotiate various commercial agreements with different industry stakeholders;
• Mitigate legal risks and guide various stakeholders on risk mitigation;
• Stay updated on various changes in legislation and regulations to safeguard the company.

Experience:

• Qualified lawyer in Europe
• 3+ years PQE, iGaming experience is a must
• Excellent communication skills in English
